We would like to announce the creation of our new YouTube channel "CASToxicall". This channel has been created as a location for us to provide training videos on our toxiCALL(r) product line features and capabilities. With this new channel we are proud to announce we have released two widely anticipated videos:
1) toxiCALL(r) Case Entry Training Video - This video will provide an in-depth view of how to capture and manage a case within toxiCALL(r). We used the approach of simulating a call to show many of the features used in managing the case from creation through follow-ups to completion. We believe there will be information of interest for specialists of all levels.
2) toxiCALL(r) Data Analysis Overview - TDA is our latest data analysis tool. This video covers the main components and capabilities of TDA exploring how to build criteria and different ways to view your data. This video will be of interest to managers, researchers, educators, schedulers, etc. wishing to obtain more information about your poison center's data.
3) toxiCALL(r) Default Search Criteria Introduction - This video introduces the new Default Search Criteria feature, introduced in toxiCALL(r) v4.7.37, allowing specialists to quickly perform a search on the network for open cases, cases past due for follow-up, recently updated, or any default search criteria you configure.

NACCT Meeting in New Orleans: Our team will be at the NACCT meeting on Sunday, October 19th through Tuesday, October 21st, 2014. Please stop by our breakout area which should be located close to the poster area.
We will also host a toxiCALL(r) user group meeting on Tuesday October 21, 2014 at 8:30 a.m in the Oak Alley room located on the 4th floor.
Thank you for your continued support of toxiCALL(r).
Best regards, Tom Neuman
